About Kathleen Aiken

As the Executive Administrator in the Recruiting Department, Kathleen is responsible for managing high-volume B2B lead pipelines, candidate outreach workflows, and data systems using platforms like Apollo.io, Clay, and Salesforce. She keeps operations aligned and on track while supervising and guiding the internal Fab Team. Kathleen also keeps executive leadership organized and on schedule—including assisting the Chief Operating Officer, President, and CEO—by coordinating strategic calendars, media appearances, podcast engagements, and production projects.

Professional Experience Kathleen brings a strong background in operational strategy, administrative management, and digital communications to her role. Over the course of her career, she has refined systems across executive support, candidate recruitment, and compliance initiatives, including implementing multi-carrier messaging standards for departmental outreach. Her expertise in pipeline management, data organization, and team leadership makes her a central asset to the Academy’s recruiting and executive operations.

Personal Outside of her executive support responsibilities, Kathleen stays active with continuous learning and specialized digital media projects, having completed professional certifications in digital and social communications. Whether managing intricate multi-track audio and visual layouts or coordinating complex executive schedules, she brings the same creative problem-solving and focus to her personal pursuits as she does to her work at the Academy.
