We are feeling the love this month and wanted to share, so we’ve made three training sessions available to download for a limited time! These transformational recordings cover a wide range of topics including successful consultations, marketing, and even accounting best practices for managing your books.
The first session “Paving the Road to Successful Consultations” walks through the Academy’s systematic process for conducting initial consultations and engaging more clients without anxiety, awkwardness, pressure to lower your fees, or hard selling.
“Top Three Marketing Mistakes Law Firms Make” is the second session available. This session can help you discover immediate changes to make if you aren’t seeing the results you expected from paid advertising, email marketing, or direct mail campaigns.
The third session “Accounting Best Practices: Rock Solid Practices to Managing Your Books” teaches our suggested way to go through your P & L, and other specific strategies to use when managing your financials.
