As the Operations Assistant, Sam assists with shipping, office procedures, inventory and assisting other departments in purchasing equipment or supplies. She also handles the packing and shipping of product orders, new Member Starter Kits, as well as data entry and documenting procedures. The Operations Team is committed to being both happiness makers and problem solvers, ensuring everything runs smoothly and our Members and team receive top-notch service every step of the way.

Sam has over 15 years of customer service experience and previously worked as the office manager of an airport shuttle company in Arizona for 10 years. Now back in her hometown of San Diego, she loves going to the beach and spending time with her husband, their 4 sons and 2 dogs.
