About Rosella Fontes
rosella@aaepa.comAs the Member Services Coordinator (MSC), Rosella provides support for various Membership programs and services. This includes but is not limited to: coordination of Membership calls, marketing programs, facilitating material requests, and supporting the Peak Performers Program.
Professional Experience
Rosella recently moved to San Diego from Mexico City. Prior to joining the Academy, Rosella worked as a Communications Manager for Restore Coral in Mexico City and Tulum, whose goal was to work on the restoration and conservation of the Mesoamerican Reef. She did project development on the “Noah’s Ark of The Mexican Coral” and co-produced, coordinated, and curated art exhibitions. During her time there, she developed a passion and eye for design aesthetics and enjoys creating things that are vibrant and eye catching in her work.
Education
Rosella attended the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles, CA, where she majored in Communications. She also attended Dance and Performing Arts School from an early age in Universidad Autonoma de Baja California and Foro Dansistico de Baja California, as well as took Audio Engineering courses in Mexico City. Rosella has over 20 years of experience as a Dancer and formed part of multiple Performing Art and Theater Groups.
Personal
In her spare time, Rosella enjoys making audio visual art and music, reading, and dancing.
