About Randy Harwickrandy@aaepa.com
Randy Harwick has been applying his computer skills on behalf of the Academy since before there was an Academy. He began his relationship with Robert Armstrong and Associates in 1987, creating living trust documents for the law firm, as Novell Network Administrator, and continued on as programmer for the firm of Armstrong and Fisch. Although now basking in the sun of Palm Springs, he joined the Academy in 1993 when it was formed, and currently strives to improve the document production experience of CounselPro™.
Randy is a retired U.S. naval officer who served 21 years in the submarine service. Aside from being qualified in nuclear submarines, and venturing many places unmentionable during the cold war, his notable accomplishments include two Navy Achievement Medals for personal accomplishment, five years as a certified instructor of advanced computer operated electronic equipment and a Presidential appointment to permanent commissioned status. He now maintains his office in the Palm Springs area of California.
Randy received most of his formal education in the Navy, where he was not only a certified instructor on computer based equipment, but assisted in developing complex lesson plans and diagramming major main-frame computer systems for government contractors. He maintained a Top Secret clearance for several years.
With his recent marriage to the famous Donna Hooper, and their new truck and travel trailer, their goal is to see as much of the United States as possible while continuing to work, even on the road. Randy is an ardent pet lover with 3 children of his own, Oscar, Daisy, and Tango, and recently adopted “Little Girl” and “Bad Boy.” Pet population control is paramount-spay or neuter your pet. He has traveled the world, visiting Europe, England, Central and South America and the Arctic.
