About Misty Swiger

Misty is full of energy and absolutely passionate about solving important challenges that many attorneys find themselves facing. Her past experience in business equips her to hear about the challenges many attorneys have when it comes to running a practice as a business.

She is responsible for finding the attorneys that could benefit most from the tools, services, and processes offered by the Academy.  Misty’s charismatic approach to Academy membership showcases its value and her coaching guidance helps attorneys realize goals through strategic planning and implementation. 

Professional Experience

Misty joined the Academy in 2022 as a Membership Consultant. She recognizes that not every lawyer is ready to transform their life and their practice—her coaching is effective when it comes to finding the attorneys who need what the Academy has and are ready to make some serious changes in the way they view and function in their own practice.

Prior to joining the Academy, Misty has invested her positive attitude in building relationships with business people looking to make strategic decisions, increase profit, and build the best team possible in their company.  She is excited about applying that experience to benefit attorneys who cross her path so their lives and businesses are transformed by what the Academy has to offer.

Education

Misty earned her Associate’s degree in Communications as well as her Associate’s in Accounting.   Through this education, Misty shares the Academy’s value in the time attorneys can get back in their lives, their increased revenue, and their positive change in mindset.  This multi-faceted approach helps lawyers build what they never thought was possible.

Personal

Misty is married and has a love for greyhounds.  She currently resides in Strongsville, Ohio and enjoys photography, socializing with friends, and spending quality time with her husband, Oren.
