As the Member Services Coordinator (MSC), Jenn provides support for various Membership programs and services. This includes but is not limited to: coordination of Membership calls, marketing programs, and facilitating material requests.
While still in High School, Jenn became the Assistant Director and Account Manager at The Study Institute, a large inner-city youth nonprofit in southern California. Here, she implemented educational and recreational activities to prepare students for life-long study skills and improve standardized test scores. She also operated all aspects of the program, which had an average of 300 students per year from dozens of Los Angeles schools.
In college, Jenn worked closely with the Chairman of the Social Entrepreneurship Department to supervise her peers while they interned in Nursing Home facilities throughout Macon. After graduating, she was hired as the Director of Community Outreach for a national hospice company, where she created and operated their Community Outreach Program and educated Baltimore City and Prince George’s County residents, community leaders and legislators about quality care at the end of life. Jenn then served as the Program Manager for the National Alliance for Mental Illness, where she designed and implemented education programs for individuals and families of individuals suffering from mental illness.
In addition to her nonprofit work, Jenn continued her career in hospitality and customer service. She worked as the Sales Manager for the Hampton Inn and Suites, helping to significantly increase their occupancy. And most recently, she was a Community Specialist for Lakewood Ranch, FL which is the highest selling, multi-generational community in the U.S.
Jenn graduated with a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Program Leadership and Community Service with the intention of establishing and growing non-profit organizations from Mercer University in Macon, GA.
After growing up in Los Angeles, Jenn packed up her car and drove across the country to attend school in Macon, GA. She then relocated to Annapolis, MD and most recently Sarasota, FL. She enjoys dancing, swimming, traveling, watching K-Dramas and helping with disaster relief in developing countries. She loves people and founded a nonprofit for earthquake victims in Haiti.
