We are in full “Summit Mode” here at the Academy getting ready for our 2023 Spring Summit. Member Attorneys and their teams from all over the country will converge in the Windy City next week at the Westin Chicago River North to learn, connect, and celebrate the Academy’s 30th anniversary. Chicago, a city steeped in history, diverse culture, and innovative spirit, provides an ideal setting for this highly anticipated event, taking place from April 27th to 30th.
Once onsite our attendees will be hearing from some of the greatest minds in the legal education field as well as experts on leadership and marketing. Not only do our Academy Summits offer our Member Attorneys and their teams an opportunity to earn Continuing Legal Education credits (here at the Academy we require 36 hours per year), but they also provide space for like-minded attorneys to brainstorm together. The buzz in the hallways when Members see one another is something that is hard to describe, it is closer to old friends seeing one another than business associates meeting at a conference.
As we celebrate 30 years of the Academy at this Summit, the camaraderie between our Members and the Academy team will be on full display. There will be lively debates about law changes, strategy conversations around marketing ideas, and discussions about running a successful business with a thriving office culture. It is important to recognize the significance of this 30-year milestone, which is a testament to the dedication and hard work of the Academy’s Member law firms, who have been transforming lives in their communities through their estate planning work.
