We are pleased to announce that the newly updated and validated 2018 Performance Models are ready to go.
What does this mean? We have worked alongside Susan Russell to identify the Performance Models that are the most requested by Members and the Academy. After identifying the Performance Models, we continued to work with the Academy to identify the individual Members that we would use as our sample group for each position. And, we let the sophisticated algorithms of the assessment manufacturer populate the new Performance Models.
What does this mean for me? The Performance Models are used to identify the ideal ranges for each skill, behavioral trait and occupational interest for a specific position. Using the Performance Models is a great way to look at a prospective candidate/employee for a particular position. The Performance Model will show where they fit the position and what other skills and traits that they will be bringing to the position.
