Each July marks the start of a new year for the Peak Performers Program, an executive coaching program for Academy Members to transform their practices and their lives, led by President Robert Armstrong and CEO Sanford M. Fisch. The month is full of excitement for the class of incoming First Year Peak Performers and the flurry of activities gearing up for our first face-to-face sessions of the year.
The first session for our First Year Peak class is magical. An intimate group of Academy Members, limited to 10, from across the country come together in San Diego to embark on their yearlong, and often lifelong, journey towards Peak Performance. This is what sets the stage for the rest of the year and where they begin to experience the top 5 benefits of being a Peak Performer.
- Peak Mindset
Mindset is everything in Peak. With a fixed mindset rather than a growth mindset, you can have access to all the tools and strategies in the world, and it will not make a difference. So the next time you have a breakdown from an issue or conflict, take a moment and notice what’s going on in your mind. Do negative thoughts abound? Throw out that head trash! Being aware of your mindset will lead to clarity in decision-making and the ability to handle conflicts with ease.
- 10x Performance
How often does it seem like there aren’t enough hours in the day? And despite you working hard all day, it somehow doesn’t seem like much was accomplished. A number of tools and systems are available for Peak Performers to overcome these challenges, including time management, unique abilities and goal-setting in a way that accelerates their progress. 10x Performance may seem far-fetched, but the increased productivity and 10x+ revenue growth of program participants directly reflects the effectiveness of this program.
- Enterprise Leadership
This is where our Peak Performers gain inspiration and vision for themselves and their firm and actually live into that created future. How does your firm handle the business when you’re away from the office? Having a firm that runs like a well-oiled machine even when you’re gone is possible. Many Peak Performers even report on generating more revenue while they’re on vacation than when they’re in the office!
- Strong, Talented Team
You may be its leader, but the heart of any organization is its team. In order to support that enterprise leadership, our Peak Performers are committed to building strong, talented teams where each individual works in their own unique ability and reflects a law firm culture of excellence. Having strong team Members also allow for confidence in delegation that will lead to greater efficiency in law firm systems.
- Community & Relationships
The Peak Performers Program provides a platform for a mastermind group of brilliant individuals, working in the same area of business and coming together to share ideas, uncover blind spots and receive suggestions from their peers. It also ensures accountability on goals and action items, so they get more accomplished in 12 months than in the last 10 years. There is a culture of abundance within Peak, and the camaraderie and support they provide each other lead to stronger relationships in the office and at home as well.
Imagine… What difference would a Peak mindset, getting 10x more accomplished and having the support of a strong team and mastermind group make on your practice?
