Free 2-Part Attorney Webinar Series Available to Non-Academy Members!

Home » Leadership » Free 2-Part Attorney Webinar Series Available to Non-Academy Members!

Every once in a while we organize educational, entertaining and thought-provoking sessions for non-Members of the Academy… and we’ve been working on a doozy.
We have a great 2-Part Series not to be missed!

  1. JULY 16 at 2pm Pacific
ALL SYSTEMS GO! (All 11 of them)
Academy founder, Robert Armstrong will lead the session covering the 11 Systems we swear by here at the Academy – all systems line up with the philosophies of The E-Myth Attorney*. Don’t sweat it if you’re not an estate planning attorney; feel free to join the webinar anyway. This webinar is about 90  minutes long.
  2. JULY 23 at 2pm Pacific
CREATING AND LIVING BY THE MOST IGNORED SYSTEM
Our other Academy founder, Sanford M. Fisch, will lead the session on how to get in touch with the vision you need to steer your practice the direction you want it to go. Sandy will walk through how to identify your primary aim, figure out what your unique abilities are, and then how to roll that into creating a Strategic Plan that can propel your practice in the direction you’ve intentionally designed. We’ve found that too many attorneys go in the direction that just ends up happening, rather than planning a specific course for their life and their firm. Sometimes that works but most of the time it doesn’t.

There are materials provided for both webinars. Space is limited so we do recommend that if you want to join them—register early. We also recommend that you participate on SESSION ONE before doing Session Two. In other words, don’t skip the first and only attend the second … they go together (like cake and ice cream).
Just so you’re aware, these webinars will also include information on how some attorneys can qualify to attend our full Boot Camp and Summit in October. You’ll learn whether or not you could gain anything by attending and you’ll also walk away from these two webinars with a draft of your own Strategic Plan.
Please register and if you have a partner or key staff person helping you run the practice, invite them to join you, as well. Registration is open, so jump in!
*If you haven’t read The E-Myth Attorney, Michael Gerber co-authored that book with Robert and Sandy. It’s a great read, quick to pick up all sorts of ideas on how to set up a practice that isn’t people dependent. Putting systems in place so the attorney is only doing attorney work is the key. I can’t recommend that book highly enough… it ties right into what we’ll be covering on these webinars.
I hope to see you on the webinars! Click here to register if you’re interested.
