Attorneys Speak Out About The Rewards Of Our Bootcamp

Motivation, Inspiration and a Rewarding Career

It is difficult to fully capture how much the San Diego Boot Camp and Summit has meant to me, both professionally and personally. The lectures provided me with an environment that encouraged creative and critical thinking about different approaches to legal "business" and legal profession. I gained inspiration from skillfully structured lectures and from interaction with talented attorneys. The Summit provided me with the motivation required to achieve precisely what I wanted from my law degree–a rewarding career.

First Impressions - What the Academy Represents to Me
Non-Member Fall 2010 Boot Camp Attendee
The Academy is the pinnacle of organizations for Estate Planning Attorneys. It represents all of what we aspire to as practitioners. From the moment I arrived at the Fall Forum I knew that this was where my firm belonged. However, when the full forum met, with attorneys and staff from all over the U.S.—all involved and interested in being both the best quality and the most successful, there was no doubt these were committed and outstanding lawyers, paralegals, marketing directors and others who put quality for the clients first, but enjoyed successful dynamic practices run by cohesive teams. What more could any firm want in a national consortium of law firms?
Being accepted into the Academy an honor I find hard to believe I have received.

No Need to Reinvent the Wheel
Non-Member Fall 2010 Boot Camp Attendee
I haven't had an opportunity to really provide an overall review of my experience, but I want to let everyone know at the Academy that this entire Boot Camp and Summit has been a life-changing experience because I feel like someone finally "got it" as to how I want to run my business—with efficient systems so that it runs as I feel it should. With a MBA, I have always thought that this is how a law firm should be run and have been struggling to develop my own systems and am thankful that the Academy has already done that. I am excited and energized by what I have learned and can't wait to get back to begin working on my goal of Academy Membership by March 1, 2011.
