The Members-Only Website consists of over 1,000 web pages containing a history of all past conference call and event recordings and materials for all education, practice management, software and marketing instruction. It also contains all legal document language, marketing and practice management letters along with available products and special pricing information and ordering systems for vendors of choice.

Carolyn Thompson shared her consultation tips during the 2013 Spring Summit Roundtable on Initial Consultation Mastery. This diagram is an example of what she draws out for her clients in the consultation, to show the various sub-trusts and protections, as well as explain fees.

Medicaid Marketing Materials

Collected $78,250 for only 8 Medicaid pre-planning cases after rolling out the Zumpano Medicaid process around the end of October. They spent $14,535 on the monthly MPS dues and the Zumpano training for 3 people and another $2,500 on travel-related expenses. This resulted in a profit of $61,215 with only 2 ½ months of offering Medicaid planning. They have retained 10 new Medicaid Trusts (averaging 1 per week) this year as of March 15, 2013. Total fees earned $97,500 - cash collected thru retainers in 2013 YTD - $62,000 - with 6 signings scheduled (balance due at signing). Their goal is to have 52 new Medicaid Trusts in 2013 at $9,750 each for a total of $500,000 in new revenue. Paul Kraft, said, “…Phase 1 marketing efforts to introduce Medicaid to our existing clients. This is the area we’ve worked the hardest on and had the most success. The Phase 2 is going after new clients in this area, and we have barely scratched the surface on this area, except that Allen has 24 speaking engagements on the calendar thru a Senior organization that puts on educational seminars to its members. So far he has spoken at 1 of these seminars and Thursday will be his 2nd (29 people attending).”

Second Marriage Notification Letter

Carolyn Thompson has submitted the “Second Marriage Notification Letter” to share with Academy Members. She uses this letter to advise clients of the risks involved by lack of planning in a second marriage situation.


“In 2003 I decided to implement a life balance decision to schedule my office 4 days per week.
